Brita Replacement Battery
I emailed Bluestone about a battery replacement for my Brita Filter as I could not find them in the shops.
I emailed them on a Saturday and by 9.30am on the Monday I had a reply and my battery replacement was send out to me which a got a couple of days later.
I was very impressed with the service they provide.

Returning cartridges
When I returned my used cartridge in exchange for 25% discount I received no code for a replacement. Furthermore when I contacted you to get one the code I received had expired. A response to returns with a code and a expiry date for that code would be appreciated.
