Customer services was very helpful
Customer services was very helpful. I had small issues with Brita tap water filter. I was talking to Sigourney, she explained the process very well. I can highly recommend the Bluestone.

Bought a toaster that was listed as new
Bought a toaster that was listed as new, but it arrived in a badly scratched box with all of the seals and stickers already opened, including the ones on the bottom. It appeared to have been opened previously.
I decided to keep it because it works, and returning it would be more hassle than it’s worth, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t in the new condition advertised.
