Ordered a Bioprostate on 4ht August for…
Ordered a Bioprostate on 4ht August for 3 packs and nothing since then.No email confirmation of that order, no nothing. Contacted them via email from the website, still nothing. Big scam.
Don't order anything from them. Rubbish firm.I lost £54.
Finally, yesterday 14 August '26, the order was delivered by Royal Mail.
The issue is/was that you as a vendor didn't acknowledge my order, no emails, whatsoever, the phone doesn't answer or no one picks up the phone, no updates about my order vie email...etc
My email works perfect...so no issues with it.
Why don't you communicate straightaway with your customers about orders, update and any other details about the order until it reaches the customer?
Anyway. thanks for the delivery, finally, after 10 days from the date of the order.

I found the products extremely…beneficial and effective
I found the products extremely beneficial. The calcium supplement is easy to take as it comes in the form of effervescent tablets so I simply take it on the go.
It’s by far the highest dose of calcium I have come across and it also contains high doses of vitamin d and k which are essential for absorption. I find this very reassuring as an athlete as I need to keep my bones strong and healthy to stay injury free during my high intensity training periods. The curcumin supplement surprised me pleasantly as I noticed a real difference in my recovery and inflammation post training. I would highly recommend bionutrica supplements following my experience.
