My order for 4 boxes of EmberGlow Night Briquettes never reached me. The shipping company claims they delivered it, so perhaps it was stolen from here.

Despite initial problems customer services were excellent & a smooth correction of the issue caused by myself was resolved. My order was swiftly processed & delivered.
The only disappointing feature was the lack of service from the delivery service who failed to deliver directly to my home despite comprehensive details. However they delivered directly to a nearby collection point so there was no loss of my order just the issue of having to fetch it. This was not the companies failure but that of the courier.
