They do their job ! (and take responsibility for mistakes)

I would just mention that as owner of 8 years old Volvo I am trusting great specialists like Anders Sundquist from Bilbolaget in Strömsund to let them check the vehicle as a part of “Volvo Original Service”. Even when the mistake was done during last year service, the management took responsibility for that and we got a great service this time. Thanks for this time - you keep your word , Kenny (manager in Strömsund ).
