Easy purchase online and quick shipping to the USA. Surprised I got dinged VAT since it was shipped abroad as I was charged duty from the US. But the besides that it was excellent! Can’t wait to buy a bike from them when I’m Europe.

Price and a lot of products.

Bike 24 is awesome. You can find almost everything. I have bought multiple items from them and they arrive fairly quickly in good condition.
The website is clear, I don’t have surprises of hidden fees.

All was perfect without any problem!

Delivery service was very bad this time. My address was not transmited correctly to GLS and after a couple of calls to Bike24 my parcel is still missing after 2 weeks. People from call center are polite and willing to help me out.

Your ordering procedure for credit/debit cards is terrible. I had to use the cash transfer option. The German eCommerce system is in the Stone Age!

Extremely disappointing service – no bicycle, no answers, no shipping date
I placed an order for a bicycle on August 7. BIKE24 stated a delivery time of 8–13 business days, and that period ends tomorrow. Yet my bicycle has not even been shipped.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the complete lack of communication and transparency from BIKE24.
I have tried every available way to get an update: I submitted a request through the contact form, sent emails, and called customer support. My emails remain unanswered, and over the phone they were unable to provide me with any useful information – not even an estimated shipping date.
I find it unacceptable that after almost three weeks, and with the promised 8–13 business day delivery period about to expire, BIKE24 cannot even tell me when my bicycle will leave their warehouse.
I understand that delays can happen. What I don't understand is how a company can take an order for an expensive bicycle, fail to ship it within the stated timeframe, provide no proactive communication about the delay, ignore emails, and then be unable to give any clear information when the customer calls.
At this point, I have spent far too much time chasing BIKE24 just to get basic information about an order I have already paid for.

UPD. BIKE24 finally got back to me and informed me that my order is delayed by another 10 business days. I appreciate that they finally responded, but such a huge additional delay, with no proactive communication whatsoever, is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Excellent service from Bike24. Very easy returns process and a really lovely experience with support from a guy called Marc on a separate question I had.
The items I received are perfect and I will 100% be shopping here again. 10/10 from me.

I placed my order on August 10. Since the package tracking does not provide any meaningful information, and it was stuck, I reported this. They resent the package and I just wait and wait..
I only ordered a bicycle lock, which they sent but it got stuck somewhere.
The final experience is unfortunately that I do not receive my order or maybe after a very long time. For this reason, I do not recommend this website to customers.

The worst thing is that I have placed an order since 20/06/26 and I have not received it yet and I am sad that the communication department has not responded to my messages that I have sent them by email. FAR.

Delivery service was perfect. My previous experiences with other stores took 2–3 weeks, and in some cases up to a month, for delivery. Bike24 shipped my order within 24 hours, and delivery was made in just 2 days. The products I ordered were out of stock in almost every online store. Great service!
