Found the exact carbon wheel I wanted to buy cheaper than everywhere else, called them just before buying where a very friendly man picked up and explained to me their shipping procedure, picked the next day delivery option and got the wheel delivered in perfect condition the next day after I ordered. Absolutely great experience.
This was my first order and, after reading the mixed reviews, I was starting to think maybe I should have payed the extra 30-40CHF for the next best price on another site I'm a client of, but all went great for me.
I put the order for a crankset on Sunday, I received in the same day 3 emails with "thank you for order..", "processing confirmation" and "item not in stock we await confirmation from external warehouse...", then on Tuesday confirmation on the product shipped with tracking number, on Wednesday I had it, in perfect condition.
So max points for the communication, for service speed and for the state of the product. Swiss experience, as it should be!
