website bgab.eu beschrijft haar commerciele tekortkoming
Boek besteld in de webshop, en na ontvangst meteen Aangetekend Retour gestuurd zoals aangekondigd.
Normaal krijg je dan als klant het betaalde bedrag retour, maar deze webshop laat je OOK de originele verzendkosten betalen, buiten de kosten van retourzending.
De website www.Bij Gebrek Aan Beter.eu (bgab.eu) zal als start-up nog wat moeten praktiseren. Bij veel webshops is zelfs terug sturen gratis. (binnen Nederland) mocht je eens wat terug willen sturen als consument. De consument koopt immers ongezien. Een netwerk aan fysieke winkels uitbouwen is voor de verkoper duurder dan een soepel retourbeleid vanuit z'n webshop.
