Pireware AirPurity 2-in-1 air cooler/purifier

This air cooler/purifier (or whatever wants to call itself) is a joke!
At about 60 cm high it's only good for your desk or table, but then again for EUR 150 you better spend your money somewhere else.
First of all, the company seems to be operating from somebody's house... Just check the registered address for the company on Google maps: Brombeerweg 1, 24963 Tarp or the return shipping address: Harkweg 8, 24855 Bollingstedt.
It's a typical dropshipping company which sells cheap no-name, made in China products.
Secondly, it took a few weeks for the order to delivered. Non-existent customer support and a phone number that was forwarded to a voice mail.
Finally, when I did receive my order and opened the package I got into a... shock: Besides the terrible plastic smell, it looked more than a toy rather than a... respectable air cooler/purifier. Don't be fooled by the pictures looking big and such... it's only 60 cm high. Compare it to the 100+ cm of the Dyson and you'll get the idea.
I didn't even bother to plug it in and see it work. Just put it back to its box and emailed customer support for return instructions. After a week they replied offering me discount or just to give it to a friend or relative... They did however provide a shipping address, but of course the return shipping costs have to be paid by me!
So, in a nutshell stay way from this product...

I never recive my packet
I never recive my packet. I wating 3 weeks. I lose 150 euro. Also i sended 5 emails asking about my situation and i never get the respond. Its ridiculous
