Thanks for your review and your business. Yes! You ordered $30.24 of items, which we shipped Fedex for you. The shipping cost was $25.05. Unfortunately, it is relatively expensive to ship small items, which is why we offer free shipping when you purchase more than $99 worth of merchandise. I think this order also came out a little higher because there were 24 small items that shipped together. We need to make sure that we make some kind of profit on the sale, and if we were selling 10,000 of these a day, we might all driving new cars, but, the sales volume of these is not that high, and I can assure you we did not get rich off of this order! Nonetheless, we really appreciate your business and working with your company!

Martina is absolutely wonderful. She reached out to inform us of a manufacture lead time which would significantly impact our project schedule. She had a alternative recommendation and we got back in track in less than 5 minutes and she also saved us a few dollars while she was at it. 5 stars. Phenomenal customer service!!!
