Great Customer Service! I needed a couple of restroom towel/trashbin units for our office, and they arrived damaged from shipping. Berl's was quick to send out replacements, and when those too were damaged, perfectly willing to swap the order for a different comparable product and send FedEx to retrieve the damaged units. Nobody can control what happens in shipping but Berl's was quick to make it right.
