None of the usual faf
None of the usual faf. I did main insurance quote application on line. But there was no provision to list modifications to my bike. I therefore decided to ring. Very helpful person on phone ( sorry did not take name) advised exh. Had been changed. No extra cost and paid for insurance in full. Very easy and stress free.

After years now considering changing insurer...
I have been a customer for years but this will likely be the last. Over the years I have had multiple bikes on a policy, a few years ago I started to have issues with making any changes, which would take days and left me waiting insurance changes when I was due to collect bikes. They also charge an admin fee every time you wish to change a registration, I feel compared to others these admin fees, most recently £32.50, are excessive. The need to call rather than make all changes online is exhausting in my view, so I don't feel they have kept up with the times. All just my honest opinion, but I feel it is time to change to a different insurer.
