I had a terrible customer service experience and will recommend never to shop at Beliani! I contacted them three times to return a room divider/wall, as it arrived in a very dark blue, almost black, although it was a much more clear blue in the pictures. I contacted customer service three times to return it, the two first times over e-mail they stopped replying after two e-mails and never told me to keep the original packaging! The third time I managed to contact them through their website, but four months in I had not saved all the boxes etc, and they rejected my return due to this, although it was due to their lack of response and they even agreed the product had the wrong colour!!! Terrible experience.......

Fast delivery and responsive customer service when you buy. However, very scarce quality of the item I bought and when I tried to return it there is no way through the website and - although solicited a dozen times - the customer service doesn’t reply to email. There’s an online chat, I tried 5 times, nobody ever reacted. If you but something do not count on their policy of free return if you are not satisfied. I’ll be stuck with the junky item

Delivery was fast, but that is where the positive experience ended.

As soon as we opened the parcel, we realized the ceiling fan did not match the quality or appearance suggested by the photos on the website. The materials felt much cheaper than expected for a €250 product, so we decided to exercise our right to return it. The fan remains unused and in its original packaging.

We contacted customer service on the day of delivery, well within the EU 14-day withdrawal period (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). Every time we requested a refund, we were told to initiate the return through their website. However, the return links are broken and make it impossible to submit a return request. Despite six follow-up emails explaining the issue, we have received no meaningful assistance.

The impression is that returning products is made unnecessarily difficult. I cannot recommend Beliani based on this experience.

I really enjoyed shopping at Beliani; there’s a wide range to choose from, and the products are well-made and of high quality. The prices are fair. The items arrived very well packaged. I’d recommend it.

My order (Table lamp,dog Marley) is exactly as described on the website. The dog is very aesthetic. Item arrived safely, well packed. Higly recommend!

I ordered a product which was supposed to be delivered in one week, according to the info presented on their website. After ordering the product, they informed me that the product would be late and that I could cancel the order or wait for it to still be delivered. I decided to wait for the product and it arrived with the new proposed date and in good shape. I am satisfied!

Horrible experience, never again. Currently i am being dragged through this never ending process of returning an item that is damaged. Not responding the emails, chats are not helpful, just referring to emails. Hate every step of it.

I ordered a bed for my daughter and wasn't too sure because it was the first time ordering from Beliani. It arrived on time, even after I asked to change the date and it was super easy to put together. It looks amazing, the velvet of the bed feels incredibly soft and I am very happy with it. My daughter loves it, so I do too. Will definitely shop at Beliani again.

The furniture is good quality and the assembly process is simple. It feels similar to what you get from large commercial furniture retailers, but with FAR MORE STYLE AND CHARACTER.
