pillow too hard
The Pillow arrived in time and felt good to the touch however the center of it was hard and not really allowing my neck to rest well. I gave it a try for a few days but it still is too hard in the center and gave me neckpain.
Maybe I chose the wrong model but would not recommend

It was quick and efficient
It was quick and efficient. Only problem was 2 items were told to be in stock but they were not. We cancelled those items and payment was refunded quickly.

Pillow is odd size, and not as previous versions purchased from other Tempur stores. Disappointed.

There was no real service
There was no real service. It would have been great to be able to purchase from Tempur website. I had to go to a shop where I did not receive any advice.
The pillow itself is comfortable but does not really meet my expectations in term of possible position to sleep.
