Poorly accountability
I regret the decision to acquire a credit card with BBVA in Italy. In contrast to my experiences with HSBC and NatWest in the UK, where I have maintained two bank accounts without any issues, BBVA's service has proven to be problematic. Their statement updates take four business days, which creates a misleading impression of outstanding balances. This delay in reflecting payments accurately indicates a significant deficiency in their accounting practices.

User interface, Auth system
User interface isn't well made as well as the auth system which is so bothering, but overall great app, including useful things like dynamic cvv, which grants maximum safety. but the fact that i have to confirm a code for every action is so annoying especially for the fact that it pretty much always gets confirmed automatically by my phone by receiving the code itself.
