The worst service ever. I Wanted to transfer some money and it was imposssible. They blocked me and every time I called them I had to talk to a computer (Ellis). After that I talked to a person - only the 6th person I reached out to was helpful but these calls took me 1 1/2 hours and the transfer could not be done yet. Now I have to wait 24 hours.
Absolutely ridiculous! Forms submitted being continuously kicked out without any explanation or access to speak to anyone. They keep saying to contact Intesa Bank. intesa says they have no access to… and the footballing continues. Gave up after numerous messages and phone calls. Even better, would not trust my money with these jokers.
