Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. I put a ticket in 3 days ago for my malfunctioning P2S and still haven’t gotten a response back from anyone, here I sit with a NEW BROKEN PRINTER that I can’t use because your horrible customer service refuses to respond to my ticket and get my printer fixed and back up running
