An incorrect order on my part was addressed, the wrong filaments returned and the correct ones sent all without a lot of angst or delays

Filament not on spool - I ordered multiple different colors of filament. One of the boxes contained a filament that was not sealed and therefore I'm not able to use it. I contacted bambulab.com and was able to locate anywhere on the site where I could return the 1 spool and have another sent to me. Very disappointing.

Somehow parts of my order were left in my cart after placing my order. Unfortunate. I also docked a star for the length of time certain filaments were out of stock...many months! Delivery was fast though!

Everything arrived quickly. Got an AMS HT, a few hot ends and 10 rolls of filliment. The filliment was not boxed up very well and 3 of the rolls were rolling around out of their packaged boxes in the big box. Love Bambu but wish they would package better to ship.

Fast delivery, great product!

We got our Bambu A1 a week ago and we've already had to buy a new spool of filament. I'm only rating it 4 stars because some of the projects listed can't be printed on the A1, and it's not clear from the project page that this is the case. I don't really care, I'm having fun anyway!

The ordering and delivery was excellent. The only negative is the box it was shipped in was way too thin for the load and as a result, many filament boxes were damaged and small parts were strewn about the box.

The printer and instructions are great. I knocked off a star because the software said to enable a prime tower setting but that caused it to say the tower was in the way. Submitted a ticket but didn't get a response that made any sense.

Wanted orginal equipment. Got it fast. Price was higher than aftermarket. But it was worth it

Arrived fairly quickly. Everything was fine as is, haven't used everything yet, but the nozzles are working out of the box.

Came as expected

I started with Bambu Lab after a friend recommended the P1S to me. I decided to give it a try, and honestly, I never expected it to grow into what it is today.

I now have 10 Bambu Lab printers, and they are running every single day, handling my daily workload. After experiencing their reliability, print quality, speed, and ease of use, I completely moved away from other brands.

When you rely on your printers for everyday work, reliability is one of the most important things — and Bambu Lab has proven itself again and again.

For me, these are simply reliable machines with no real competition. What started with one P1S on a friend's recommendation turned into a fleet of 10 printers, and I couldn't be happier with that decision.
