A highly fake service review website.

This platform is completely dishonest. I received terrible service and wasted a massive amount of time with the bicycle company BOC24. However, on Trusted Shops, this company has a near-perfect score, and online buyers like me are completely blocked from posting a review.

Just look and compare the ratings for BOC24 on different platforms:

There is a very clear and obvious manipulation going on here. Don't trust this Trusted Shops website

Absolutely unacceptable. Dishonest practices and zero accountability
We repeatedly requested the cancellation of our TrustedShops plan in writing, yet it was renewed anyway. We were even assured over the phone by a TrustedShops representative that our plan would be cancelled, but that promise was never fulfilled. As a result, our struggling business, whose situation we clearly and repeatedly communicated to TrustedShops, was forced to pay another invoice of €1,200 for a service we explicitly said we no longer wanted.

The support has been atrocious. We've been trying to resolve our refund case since January 2025. It is now late May 2025, and we've received nothing but excuses. Their reason for rejecting the refund? In one of our emails, we supposedly didn't use the exact phrase “cancel our plan”. Are you kidding? Despite numerous emails clearly stating our intent, they are now hiding behind semantics to keep our money.

We even asked if the remainder of the plan could be transferred to another business we manage, but they refused simply because that business already has an active plan. No flexibility, no real help.

We are an agency and once our current contracts expire, we will cut off all cooperation with TrustedShops. They are liars and thieves. Stay away.

Even though they claim there was no explicit request to "cancel the plan" in our communication history (we're not native English speakers and referred to it as an account pause), we informed them multiple times that we weren't receiving any orders and that their service was useless to us. During a phone call with their representative, we clearly agreed that the plan would NOT renew starting November 2024. That is why we haven't contacted them further on this issue as we deemed it resolved. Yet, they went ahead and renewed it anyway and now they're trying to deny we ever had the conversation.

The three "free" months haven't helped at all since their service is already expensive as it is and our plan wasn't even supposed to get renewed in the first place!

TrustedShops is a fake reviews site. Recently I got scammed by a shop called KnifeStock, in their website footer I seen a high score of positive reviews, I wanted to add my review, it took me to TrustedShops, and this website doesn't let you add reviews. TrustedShops is just there to look like a reviews site, but they are all fake and you cannot add yours. The "reviews" site is controlled by the sellers.

We ordered an office chair from what appeared to be a French online merchant (chaisebureau.fr) to be delivered to France. The retailer seemed a bit sketchy but it offered free returns and was “insured” by TrustedShops.

In the end, the chair did not match the description on the site and we therefore decided to return it. However, the merchant told us that if we wanted to return it, we would have to ship it to the Netherlands - at our expense. Presumably the cost of shipping such a large item overseas would be very high. However, we were ready to accept it. But the company has refused to provide us with any relevant information about which delivery company it uses or which we should use. We spent days and weeks talking with them, asking for the relevant information, but they refused to provide it. This clearly seemed to be a strategy on the merchant's part to prevent any returns.

So we asked TrustedShops to step in and either get a refund from the merchant or refund us themselves, since they claimed they provided an insurance against bad merchants. But the TrustedShops customer service were useless and even after numerous email exchanges, TrustedShops refused to force the merchant to allow us to return the item or pay us the insurance claim in the absence of the merchante return.

I bought the Pet Sensitivity Test Plus from allergytestireland.com with Trusted Shop buyer protection. After questioning the results of the test, customer service Alex Taylor from the company emailed saying: "I have checked the details and I can see that Chicken and Lamb are on the list of tested items, however, beef and turkey are not available on the tested items list. Moreover, your pet does not have any sensitivity to chicken and land if they did not show up on the results." He just confirmed beef and turkey aren't on the tested items as they stated in the list.
I asked Trusted Shops to protect my rights as a neglected consumer and requested a refund. Trusted Shop said NO refund because: ""Donna" is the manager. She is a senior employee of the company and has explained that all the requested subjects were tested."
I don't have any confidence in the honesty and veracity of the results. Look for better companies to not be frustrated in the end.

Be aware that you may receive phising mails from trustedshops.com that redirects your shop evaluations to unknown shops in other countries.

1. Die Bewertungen in Trusted-Shops sind hauptsächlich unrealistisch positiv, da der Verkäufer die negative Bewertung lediglich an Trusted-Shops melden muss und diese dann entfernen wird. Warum? Weil sie den Laden viel mehr belasten als den Kunden.
2. Wenn bei einer Bestellung etwas schiefgeht (z. B. wenn sie überhaupt nicht geliefert wird), befindet sich der Trusted-Shops auf der Seite des Verkäufers. Warum? Weil sie den Laden viel mehr belasten als den Kunden.

Be careful! After years of paying for Trusted-Shops Plus membership, only one time when I needed their help, they happen to be totally ignorant about their only promise i.e. Consumer Protection.

Here is how it works:
1. The reviews on Trusted-Shops are mainly unrealistically positive, because all the seller needs to do is to report the negative review to Trusted-Shops, and they will remove it. Why? Because they charge the shop much more than the customer.

2. When something with an order goes wrong (like not being delivered at all), the Trusted-Shops is on the Seller's side. Why? Because they charge the shop much more than the customer.

Pretty useless!!!!
I sent them a complaint of a shop a few weeks ago, but they never respond. I don't know what their functions are!!!

For the first time I ordered at a firm with name BodyAndFit.com. It looks nice: I could tell them when to order. But we did not get a track-and-trace code. So I contacted them. The reaction: we will send and it will arrive on Saturday. I told them it was not possible, nobody home. Their reaction was like: "Maybe you can react if they send the track.and.trace code. We hope you succeed." What?

But good news: I could place a review on Trusted Shops. Well.... you only can do that if you are a recurring customer on BodyAndFit.com. And when you are a recurring customer? Exactly! When you are satisfied!

So..... don't trust trusted shops!

Super platform, honest, reliable and real

Pointless, for me...I bought sofa,after 2 weeks they ask to give feedback to shop that all is super...I did gave,but...after 3 -4 months sofa broke down.whe I did asked for a help they refused.....sorry.i did after 2 weeks after purchasing sofa didnt noticed a problem..
And we happy aswell,but I bought a warranty for a year...they dont care,since you only after 2 weeks happy,then super,you dont need a warranty at all...so....I am now whit broken sofa over 600 euros,and no one dont give a sh...but the law is law...they must help or shop must replace it...but....no...ofcourse no....Rubbish is your service of warranty...you are not worth it.!!!!
