Really enjoying being part of this community.
The group calls are excellent, they are relevant, fast-paced, and packed with value. What really stands out is that Dan runs all the calls himself, so you’re getting his one-on-one knowledge and experience directly, not passed down through someone else.

I've known Dan for over 15 years, and what's funny is that when we first met, I was the one teaching him.

Watching his journey since then has been incredible. Most people see the success, the portfolio, the systems, the AI, and the business he's built today. What I see is the person behind it all, the years of relentless learning, adapting, testing, failing, improving, and constantly raising his standards.

The real reason Host & Scale works isn't the training, the community, the AI tools, or the weekly calls (although all of those are excellent). It's that Dan has already solved the problems most hosts and operators are currently facing. You're learning from someone who has actually done the work at scale, not someone teaching theory from a slide deck.

What impresses me most is that despite everything he's achieved, he's still obsessed with helping people shortcut the mistakes he made along the way. The support, transparency, and genuine desire to see members succeed is rare in this industry.

As someone currently leaving a career in primary education to pursue this business full-time, having access to that level of experience, guidance, and support has been invaluable. The AI tools, systems, and frameworks give you clarity on what to do next, while the community surrounds you with people who are on the same journey and willing to help each other succeed.

The student has long since surpassed the teacher and honestly, I couldn't be more proud of that.
