I’ve tried different services and companies that supply containers and Afzerbak is mine personal top 1!

I would not recommend using Afzetbak unless you are prepared to follow up with them every couple of days (I had to reach out to their customer service three times, each time hearing they did not get my order).
The replacement container was delivered late and only after I chased the company multiple times. Pickup was also delayed. Their own response on pick up was: “They didn’t receive the pick up correct in the system. I will make a new pick up order and we try to collect as soon as possible. Currently it is really busy and are limited with transport, because of the weather.”
Because of these delays, the container stayed on the street longer than planned and others added waste to it. They charged me for mixed waste, I do not dispute that but because of delays contractors had to change order of work and mixed materials ended up in the container, I paid the additional 192eur invoice in full for that. However, the poor delivery/pickup process and communication contributed to the situation.
The driver also removed some materials from the container and left them on the ground without informing me.
Overall: unreliable service, poor communication, and no goodwill despite the issues.
Given the below response from the company, trying to turn it around and not owning the fact it required contact to get the replacement placement and pick up to be processed, I decided to further lower the score.

Thanks for the feedback, but here our side of the story.
On 07-05 you have ordered a container for delivery on 11-06 12.00-17.00, like you have asked we placed the container exact on that date and timeframe.
On 16-06 you have ordered a change of container for 17-06 no prefference (Greenway 3 working days), this means that you have a greenway and we can choose ourself when the change could happen in between those workingdays. We have seen in our system that your container has been changed in the morning of 19-06, in between the 3 working days like chosen by yourself.
The new container was ordered for debris (puin) only ment for stone materials.
When we have done the pick up with our greenway option again (3 workingdays) like you have asked, we have picked up the container in between tose working days.
Afterwards we have seen that the complete container was filled with: wood a/b, metals, plastic bags, greenwaste en so on. Therefore we have sended you the message that we need to change the type of waste and sended you the difference price of the containers.
When you heard the cost, suddenly our service was bad, just because a container was filled different then you have asked to fill it up with.
We would kindly ask you to check the story again and please reconsider to change your review based on the true story.
