They sent me completely different item than what was ordered! Return of the totally wrong item is a big hassle and takes many many messages to the customer service. You also need to be able to print out a paid return slip. Took the return package to the post office 8.5.26 and still no return of the money or any contact from the customer service. Would give absolutely zero points as how in the world can they send a totally wrong item and then it takes forever to try and solve the problem. When do I get the refund for the totally wrong item?

... Returned wrong item was marked accepted as free return by Klarna, but still no refund received of the invoice! Still waiting for a full refund of item ordered well over a month ago, but never received it!

I sent the items a few days late, and they could no longer accept the return. I paid for the items, but now they won't send them back. I've been asking customer service about it, but nothing is getting done - i just keep getting invalid tracking numbers. I never ordering from here again!

Produts I ordered, perfect! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but ok. Package was quite thin carbon and ruptured on the way but all products safe! Band around the package was excellent secure and easy to carry.

I bought Adidas sneakers for my daughter. She has a personal style, and the shoes had small black spikes all over them. That looks kinda cool and my daughter (15) was very pleased. I as a mom appreciated that they were leather and will be waterproof to at least some extent. Similar shoes have lasted long before. She has an active outdoor lifestyle, so good shoes are needed.

About You has lost one item from return shipment twice (two different orders) and blames it on the customer. I strongly dislike how they handle returned items one by one and send an email for each handled item. If you use Klarna and have put the payment on hold, Klarna reopens the payment as soon as the first returned item is processed at About You, even if the rest of the return hasn’t been handled yet. With these return issues, it is very frustrating, because you don't know if About You lost an item and it is just too much of a hassle to contact them AND Klarna. I have never encountered an ecommerce site before that does this. After you resolve the problem with the customer service, they send you another email that says "you didn't return this item (I DID?!) but we appreciate you as a customer so we have refunded you the item" but then block Klarna. Their customer service is often rude and not helpful. Take videos of packing the return shipment!!

I am not satisfied with their returning policy. Last time it took weeks and I still havent been paid my money back. When I returned other order one object was not registered when other was. Compared to Zalando returning is slow and it sucks.

Bought 2 pairs of sneakers 16.5. Returned the other pair 23.5. About you acknowledged the reception of the returned sneakers 29.5. Since then and after several emails I got a message that the credit has been issued. Unfortunately to a credit card that has nothing to do with me. Getting really frustrated with this case!!!

Selection is good. Refunding is a little bit more difficult than with other companies I use.

A company that just tries to fool you with its pricing and lack of transparency. My recommendation to all responsible people is to never use sites and shops like this, a good example of a site that uses transparency is asket.com and something like Nike and puma.

If you are from Croatia, don't order from them. They are working with hrvatska pošta (croatian post) and it last like 2-3 days for package to arrive to Croatia and then 10-15 days to arrive to you in Croatia from Croatia... There is no way to avoid croatian post and take another shipping company. Also, the tracking number doesn't work. It is not the about you mistake but since you can't choose another company to get your product... Avoid.

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

Although the Nike top didn’t meet the expectations and had to be returned, the returning process and money payback went very smoothly!
