Terrible customer service, all products I ordered arrived wrong and then they disputed giving me a refund for a fault that was not mine! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

## NOT ABOUT YOU? Three strikes and you’re out. Two months later: no delivery, no refund, and still no resolution

Nearly two months after trying to cancel my order, I have neither the goods nor my **money**. I have contacted ABOUT YOU customer support three times. Yet the one thing we reliably managed to sort out each time was whether the support agent should address me formally or informally. Unfortunately, getting a refund for an undelivered parcel never received the same level of attention.

I tried to cancel the order approximately three minutes after placing it. I was told it could no longer be cancelled or modified. The parcel was subsequently never delivered and appears to have been lost.

Every time I contacted support, I first had to go through an AI chatbot before being connected to the same agent, Denisa. And every time, we revisited the question of formal versus informal address. But I do not contact customer support for a social chat. I contact them because I have a problem with an order and need it resolved. Whether someone addresses me formally or informally in the process genuinely makes no difference to me.

The agent promised to contact Zásilkovna. This was followed by fourteen days of silence, after which I had to follow up myself. I was told they supposedly had not received a response from the carrier, so I would have to keep waiting. When I contacted Zásilkovna directly, they replied that very same day.

Even my third contact with ABOUT YOU failed to produce a solution. In the end, I submitted a claim through Zásilkovna’s website myself. Within 24 hours, I received a response with information about the parcel and a clear conclusion: in this case, only the sender can file a claim.

The result? ABOUT YOU keeps me waiting for the carrier, while the carrier needs ABOUT YOU to file a claim. Meanwhile, I have neither the goods nor my money, and I have to keep chasing them for updates.

So, after three contacts with support, we have thoroughly established how I should be addressed. The actual problem remains unresolved. I expect ABOUT YOU to finally file a claim with the carrier and refund me for the undelivered order. After all, a polite form of address is no substitute for genuine customer support.

For me company that in Slovakia treat customers like a vassal, just because they dont even manage order properly by their side. Story? I didnt recieve what i ordered but paid for the order! and company rules from customer service..”sorry you have to wait for your money back as a claim” and we do not send forgotten product, you have to order again. Do you even know definition of claim? ..So me as a customer with no fail on my side, dont have paid product neither have my money paid for the product! mails go from “no reply” and customer have tied hands, just for choosing about you company. What a shame to treat customer like this!
As i can not contact the other private way i have to put my feedback here.

I've trusted to the company, I ordered shoes and the company send me the shoes with wrong size....
I'm so tired from a such behavior....
I wish that the company to have a bankrupt and never exist...

Literally it is a great shopping app, it has a super wide collection from categories, sizes, qualities and brands. Also there is too much promotions and discounts you may benefit from. Special prices also there. In addition, fast delivery available, from 3 to 4 days.

Unfortunately it‘s not the first time I have received my ordered item in a wrong size…Customer Service is always quick and polite but the only solution they offer is returning and then reordering the item. This never works when you buy a reduced item oder during sale since the prices differ or the item is not available anymore. This time I ordered UGG boots in size 38 and received toddler shoes in size 22 which felt like a bad joke…I was able to return the shoes but am awaiting the refund. That‘s a pity because the shoes were supposed to be a gift and the already arrived late due to Hermes.

Site in shambles. Found nice jeans BHFlake my size, W38/L34 which i can rarely find. Made an order, everything was fine, except the order didnt arrive. As a matter of fact it probably didnt even leave the warehouse, cause it was some problem on their part.
The automatic response email gave me discount and told me to order again.
I thought to myself- cool, ok, got a voucher i can wait for another order and order the jeans again...only to find that this size is unavailable anymore...even the pair i had ordered.
This happens to me for a first time in 40 years, your company is a complete mess.
Only giving you two stars because of the polite and understanding customer service i talked to. Otherwise I would give you -1 star if possible.
Edit as a reply: Even here its as if bot is replying. I received no item, not a different one.

they have a mess in the administration and they dont accept mistakes - so they bill them on the clients. dont buy by them, its not safe

It is completely impossible to use the site. You search for men's items and even enter the men's category, yet they show you women's items. It is incredibly slow and unusable, riddled with errors, and it has been this way for years; every year I decide to log in, and the problem is still there.

The products aren't of average quality—they lean more towards low quality; they are commensurate with the prices and discounts, but I’ve had trouble getting a refund within a month for an item I returned 20 days ago. I am unhappy with the process they are forcing me to go through. I have to keep contacting customer service over and over again... I am disappointed with the site!

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order that was stolen. What started as a delayed package quickly turned into repeatedly contacting customer support team.I had to go through 7 different customer support chats before I was finally given the possibility to request a refund. During this entire period, I received little to no assistance, no clear communication, and no proactive effort to solve the problem. Each interaction required me to explain the situation again and again.

Dear Customer Support Management,I am writing to formally complain about the poor level of service I experienced today during a phone call with one of your representatives.I called to seek assistance regarding my order, which is currently stuck in Germany, despite my account status incorrectly marking it as "delivered." Instead of helping me resolve this tracking discrepancy, the representative was argumentative. They repeatedly cut me off, spoke over me, and refused to let me finish explaining the situation. Furthermore, they insisted on convincing me of something that is factually untrue based purely on the automated account status.As a customer, I expect to be listened to and treated with respect. I would appreciate it if someone could properly look into the actual location of my package and provide a resolution.
According to Aboutyou.ro agent this package is on the way while it clearly says in the order that it has been delivered not that is in transit
