Good customer support and fast email correspondence.
Shipment was discreet packaged and included tracking number (1 week from Poland to Germany).
Would definitely order again from this vendor.

I have made repeated purchases with Aniracetam.eu, probably around 1000 euros total, however in my latest purchase I bought 2 items, Lithium Orotate and Dihexa, when I received it in the post I opened it up but there was no Dihexa present.

I reached out to customer support however they insisted they did package it. They sent me a picture of my order (not in the box but yes) with yes Dihexa and Lithium Orotate. I do not know what went wrong but it was not present in my package, I decided to even look in my trash because I dumped the empty packaging there but still no trace of my Dihexa. Sadly they did not want to reship me a Dihexa package even though I have been a loyal customer for a long time.

I would give a 5 star review but this experience has made me very disappointed with the company.

Good products

Just received my second order, and again I’m very happy. Both my orders were sent the next day, included some nice samples, and even some sweets with the second one. Quality of the products also seems to be great so far.

Fantastic experience all around from Aniracetam. I’ve ordered several times now, to Australia, with their courier option and have never had an issue. Everything came on time, and as ordered.

If you’ve emailed them and it’s gone days without a response, keep in mind that they WILL respond to you as soon as possible, this is the experience I’ve always had with them, and sometimes emails can go to their spam folder (as they’ve told me), so just email them via their website, and they’ll 100% get back to you. They’ve never let me down, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Their research products are phenomenal as well, and are exactly as advertised .

I only trust Aniracetam with their service, and quality of products.

Amazing product quality for research purposes. The purity is jsut as described on their website. Ordering was a little tricky, BUT customer support was super responsive and helpful. Shipping was fast, packaging is good quality. Overall highly recommended.
