I just want an update on my order. My order number is order #20007. I have received several emails from this company clarifying my purchase was being prepared so I know it's the correct website. Is there a way to get an update or tracking number from the company? I also have screenshots of my order.

Once I received my order, it was not as advertised. It was supposed to have two names on it, & a nice clap. That's not what I received. Now I'm not getting any replies.
