Cuddle and kind states they have a happiness guarantee but that is false. Henry the bunny was bought for my son from my baby registry on Babylist and he’s had this bunny since the nicu. He doesn’t go anywhere without it. The tail seemed to falling off which could be a choking hazard. I contacted them for a replacement and they referred me to Babylist who referred me back to cuddle and kind. Cuddle and kind pretty much said they couldn’t do anything and told me to purchase a new one and gave me a 20% off coupon. For a stuffed animal that’s $80 I expected more. I literally added this to my registry because I believed in their mission, but am very upset with their customer service.

I ordered two dolls and one personalized Lovey from Cuddle and Kind. This order came to over $200.00. They were gifts sent to my first granddaughter who lives in a different city than I do. When I went to visit her, I asked her mom how she liked the Cuddle and Kind Dolls that I sent to her. She said she never received any dolls from Cuddle and Kind. I contacted the company and they said they delivered them. When I checked back on my account to see if they had been delivered, I discovered they had been delivered to the wrong address! I contacted the company again to notify them that they had been delivered to the wrong address they said there was nothing they could do because I had not taken out the EXTRA insurance for an additional charge to their regular delivery fee to make sure the dolls got delivered to the correct address! I put in the correct address where my granddaughter lives. The person at the company who enters the orders put the first three numbers of MY house address instead of my granddaughters correct house number. It was very clear to see what the mistake was! But the Cuddke and Kind
customer service would not acknowledge their error and refused to send out the two dolls and personalized Lovey to my granddaughter even though it was their mistake that the address got put in wrong in their end! Their customer service is very rude and will not answer the additional emails I have sent to try and resolve this issue. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They seem to have some type of scam running where they claim your order (especially large ones!) was delivered when it actually wasn’t and then refuse to answer your emails regarding the problem! I wish I had read some of the reviews from other people who this same thing happened to because if I had I would never had ordered from them!

Really bad customer service(Scam!!!)
When I placed my order on 5/23, the free doll promotion only had one option available because the other dolls were out of stock. About 3 hours later (around 10:53 AM), the dolls were restocked, so I immediately contacted customer service to ask if I could either change or cancel my order.

I was told that because the promotion would end over the weekend, I should place a new order if I did not want to miss the promotion. They also said they sent a cancellation request to the warehouse, but since it was the weekend, cancellation confirmation would not be available until the following week and was not guaranteed.

Based on that advice, I placed a second order.

Then on 5/24, I received an email saying my original order had “shipped out” and could no longer be canceled. However, when I checked the tracking information, only a shipping label had been created — the package had not actually shipped yet.

What I do not understand is how an order could not be changed or canceled less than 3 hours after purchase while it was still unfulfilled. Even more frustrating, after customer service advised me to place a second order, I was later told I would have to pay return shipping costs myself for the original order.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and honestly feels very misleading.

Havent received package as yet only placed order 5 days ago. However, just a heads up for those ordering, I ordered from Australia didnt realise it was american dollars, until I looked at confirmation email. So an already expensive purchase cost another $200. Usually it indicates before proceeding what the currency is. Not to worry, im sure the receiver will be happy. I hope so.

Extremely poor customer services. Ridiculous treatment for international shipment.

Purchased in mid Aug 2025. Checked with them about the status of my order in first week of Sep after 3 weeks of zero update. Then they said the order has not even been shipped out from warehouse. Checked with them again a week after as they promised that it should be updated within a week. Nothing comes back. Chased them few times, even wrote them as a complaint. Zero response at all. Worst online shopping experience ever. Their products are not cheap at all. But their service quality is among the worst that i have ever encountered. Even till today i have no idea where is my order, when i will be receiving it, and how long i need to chase. If there is no further response, i will treat this as a scam and demand refund from my credit card provider.

Just received in mail:
Set of 3 baby butterfly, baby flower and baby elephant, that came packaged in its own magnetized lid storage box, a baby duck and Hannah the Rabbit, with flower crown, 8" tall? Coming in her own storage box, as well, with her name on it.....this company creates beautiful things and presentation is gorgeous. From ordering, product gathering, conf. Email, the packaging, packing and shipping, perfect and timely. I cannot say enough about the products. All knit, safe, beautiful colors....now I want a large Hannah, for me!

Such high quality, beautiful dolls that supports a wonderful cause! The dolls are very well made & the shipping is also very fast! I love that cuddle & kind has payment options as well. I would highly recommend this company. If you’re looking for a keepsake item or gift, these are the most perfect dolls you could get.

These doll are lovely, but I ordered 2 separate dolls for two separate kids as gifts going to two separate homes and they arrived in one box. This is not convenient as I would have loved to keep the dolls in the original box when gifting. As expensive as these dolls are, You’d think that giving them as gifts, they would at-least come in separate boxes. That’s a disappointment.
