They make it impossible to deleta an account, I have tried multiple times always unsuccessful! They ask for my email and I have provieded it, then they ask for a code sent in my email and I have provided it, then they rquest a code sent to my phone, but they do not send it and I cannot delete my account! Ridiculous!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Fees are outrageous. Support absolutely sucks. Tried to pay a shoe site that I've purchased from before with crypto on their app and they blocked me permanently from withdrawing due to "potential scam address". F this site and their horrible customer service that literally took nearly 30 minutes to respond each time and gave zero solutions.

Purchased $100 in Bitcoin.....minus $8 transaction fee. Then transferred to my banking wallet.... FOR A $12 FEE. Straight up SCAMMER app. Do not use left with $81.78 out of $100.

Do not use crypto.com I've had it for 2 years I have missing money it's been over a week and they will not reply to me on what's going on when they do reply thay tell me to wait 24 hours for the past 5 days crypto.com has horrible Shady customer service

I used my Bank Debit card to buy $5,000…
I used my Bank Debit card to buy $5,000 in BTC. The funds showed in my Crypto.com account. I tried to transfer to my other wallet and Crypto said it was fraud and denied the transfer. Then Crypto said they were sending the money back to my Bank. The money never arrived back at my Bank and Crypto now state they never received the original funds. I have all this documented with screen shots but Crypto refuses to return my funds to me, they stole my $5,000.
