I want to commend the excellent services of Pese a beautiful helpful lady from Tonga that spent a lot of time explaining my cpap machine settings and the available masks - her patience and calm explanation was very helpful to a 71 year old client ,she certainly reflects the professionalism of your company and she should be recognised for her service .This is a major reason I use your company for all my needs . Totally disappointed and out of pocket,
Was sent there by my doctor to hire a machine so as to gain a report so as to be able to purchase a machine through the enable programme.
Cost me 250 to hire the machine for a month then when I returned it was told it was the wrong machine and I had to hire another machine which I did. Another 100$ for two weeks, then when I returned that one they said because I hadn’t used it for 80% of the two week period that it wasn’t enough to apply for the cheaper machine through enable, surely that is important information that I should have been in formed of when hiring the machines????

I purchased a ResMed AirSense 11 Auto for $1,295 from the CPAP Direct Townsville store on Saturday, 20 June 2026.One of the main reasons I chose CPAP Direct was the advertised $100 voucher, as there were other suppliers offering the machine at a lower price. However, I was not made aware of any expiry date or limitations relating to the voucher at the time of purchase.
I believe it is the retailer's responsibility to clearly communicate any important terms and conditions, particularly expiry dates or redemption deadlines that may affect a customer's decision to purchase. Without clear communication, customers cannot reasonably be expected to know about these limitations.

I found very poor customer service at Mascot store. I was told that I could make another exchange on Resmed F20 if I found the mask& headgear ill fitting. So, now I am stuck with a full face mask and headgear that is uncomfortable to wear and pressure points around my eyes. I should have stuck to Fisher & Paykel Simplex headgear & mask. I will never shop there again

After a shakey start to my accepting that I needed a CPAP machine, I found Tania extremely patient with my anxiousness and trying to find the right mask for me. The Mascot branch allows potential customers to walk in without an appointment, nearby free parking was easy. Tim was the sales person who took care of us, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very satisfactorily and had a good sense of humor as a bonus. The equipment worked well as did the one of the masks provided for the trial. We bought the machine on the basis of the trial and Tim's advice. We are very happy with the whole experience.

From when I placed my order for a new water container and sealer for my CPAP machine, I received notifications of my order, when it was being despatched and within 2 days of placing my order, it had arrived.
