I had an order with items for a vendor market. Unfortunately, my local USPS lost my package and was no help locating it.

I contacted ClearBags customer service about 3-4 days before the market, seeing if I could get a refund for my $50 order, because I didn't think I could get another order in time.

They were able to re-send my order with overnight shipping at no extra cost to me, and I received my items right on time to use them for my market!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with ClearBags over the years for standard packaging, but a recent experience completely broke my trust.

I was accepted into a high-end art fair and placed an order in May for mat boards. A rep named Kathryn informed me some items were backordered until late June. I explicitly told her I needed to cancel the full order if they couldn't guarantee delivery, as I had another supplier lined up. She assured me everything would arrive in time.

In my Clearbags account details, the full order was marked as shipped and delivered, nothing indicated that there was something wrong. Because I travel for art shows, a family member received and stored the boxes. When I opened them the week of the event, I realized the backordered items were missing—more than 2/3 of the product I needed. It turns out the rep never actually submitted the backorder.

This carelessness cost me hundreds of dollars in last-minute rush fees from other suppliers. Suppliers I would have ordered from in the first place, if I had not put my trust in Clearbags.

If you need basic packaging, they are fine. But if you are an artist who needs a reliable partner for major events, look elsewhere.

Superb products; however a new policy that doesn’t allow agents to take payments by phone. Instead they send you a link which includes an additional service fee. This is a bad decision. It’s an inconvenience and delay to the customer and a bit of an insult to accept we are charged the extra fee. You’re a small business and the customers experience is priority.

Using ClearBags for many years and always loved the service and products. I am extremely disappointed by one of their policies that I wasn't aware of. I normally order backing boards (white on both sides) and when I received my order they were white only on one side. Assuming that would be an easy return, I was told they have a no return policy on boards. Not a happy customer and just might start looking elsewhere.

The bags are an absolute joke. Highly disappointed.

The package came quickly and correctly. Exactly what I sought.

My go to for good value and reliability for my small shop display packaging.

ClearBags Decorative Photo-mat Kit was excellent for my photo club showcase. I was able to show my pictures in a very attractive display due to their beautiful matting and clear bags that protected my photos. I highly recommend their products.

I love getting cellophane sleeves from Clearbags for my small business! Their prices are the best I have found and they have insanely good deals on bigger bulk orders which is lovely for me because I often go through these sleeves of 100 pretty quick so being able to buy 1000 for almost 50% off is huuuge. Definitely recommend and will continue to return for more in the future!

I bought some envelopes to use in some art projects. I was super pleased with the quality and cost of what I received. I will definitely return to your company if I need more envelopes or packaging in my future. I will also recommend your company to anyone looking for the vast variety of things your sell because I had such a great experience. The product was great, shipping, and packing was great. No complaints here.

Excellent material

Easy ordering, products are great and sturdy. Their IG is amazing and gives you incredible crafty ideas if you don't have your own. They'll look up product information for you without hesitation.

Five stars. Clear Bags consistently delivers fast shipping, great quality products, and excellent value. Everything arrives well packaged and exactly as described. It’s rare to find a company that checks every box, but Clear Bags does. Highly recommend.
