They used deceptive business practices. They will send you email promotions with bonus buys, but then then when you try to use the code they sent you, they will tell you you are ineligible.

Chanced has a clean and easy-to-use platform with a good selection of games. I enjoyed the overall experience, but there are a few areas that could be better. Some promotions were a little confusing, and the verification and redemption process took longer than I expected

Sucks never won beans the bonuses are less than a$1.00 and when they give you free spins you never win nothing

Chance always has really good promotions or cool ways to earn and received bonus coins! The redemption process is smooth and fast up to 24 hours!

This was one of my favorite places to play. Has a variety of slots and all my favorites. My issue started with them really months ago I referred several people to them and didn’t get a referral for any contacted support which was absolutely no help at all. I literally watched one of my friends click the link I sent them and watched them sign up then checked my referral list and they didn’t show up. Contacted support immediately first tried to tell me it would take 24 hours which I know wasn’t true cause I did have one referral work and they showed up immediately. Now week after week I’ve been losing a lot of money and my weekly rewards they give me a whole $5 or less after losing $100’s! Contact them ask for a complimentary bonus and since I’m not silver status I don’t matter yet! Wonder how much the money I lose weekly matters, they will soon find out when I quit playing!

Chanced is the OG casino that started it all and gave me a love for all things social casinos!! They may have 24 redemption tho but they are still the Goat in my opinion!!

Yes I’ve posted similar 1 star ratings on other platforms who haven’t paid me in months.
And guess what that’s 3 platforms out of 100s. Over years I don’t give 1 star ratings because I’m bored or even because I’m dissatisfied with the platform. I am giving 1 star reviews when my own money is being taking from me. And that is my warning to others.

And I did message your support Cassy from chanced said that any balance I didn’t redeem prior to my account being shut down will be stuck on your platform forever. ( that’s 5k I won’t be seeing anymore)

But prior to her Kyle from your support staff said just wait 24 hours and your account will be back ( it has not )

Cassy also said that the redemptions I made prior to my account closure will be paid out. (It had not been paid out in the amount of 18,000$)

So let’s not sit here and pretend like there’s some kind of issue on my end. Over the last 3 years ive left 3-4 1 star reviews and they all show similar patterns ( not paying people out)

I’ve sent 4 additional emails and guess what you guys haven’t replied to any of them. Therefore I have initiated my disputes and will start my process for arbitration.

Warning! Bad actors here! Enjoyed playing on chanced and their sister site for several months. Suddenly they both closed my account with no notice and have not refunded my $$$ deposit that I just made. Stay away!

There are clearly fake reviews here. Adjust to "most recent" & get an idea what you're dealing with. I've been paid before, but I won't even entertain patronizing Chanced or Punt, going forward. I'll not log in for daily wheel spins, or any other promotions. Place used to be legitimate. Its legitimacy has been exhausted. Play at your own risk, I don't care. There are countless better options. You've been warned.

An investigation needs to be done on this site. A Hilliard is the name. Just check my play versus my winnings. You all take and take and try to get people to buy all these bundles and nothing pays out.

Their blackjack SUCKS. When I tell you it sucks it sucks, really bad, I had put in 20 dollars to see if I could turn it into a cash out of $100. It started off well was winning and losing but wasn’t bad, but then the dealer didn’t bust 7 times a row, and then the day before that the dealer didn’t bust 10 times in a row, I don’t know what is up with there blackjack but it is the only site that has ever made me lose this many times, there win to lose ratio is the worst I have ever seen. Not only that but they do 1099 at the end of the year, and to put even more of a mess on them, their Slot RTP sucks aswell I was playing a few plays on games, 3 oaks games, all of them and not once did I get a bonus and I probably spun more then 60 times on all of them, the only upside about their site is that they have instant cash out which is instant that’s the only plus which you can find elsewhere then here. Thanks do better next time Chanced. Oh and also there customer support sucks it’s like they are all robots who don’t know what to say when they get a horrible review, crazy.

I thought I’d really like this Casino but their customer service so far has been horrible. I’ve gambled on many sites so I am very familiar with kyc verification processes. I bought a pack won 134 and set to redeem. They ask for a pdf statement of my bank, no problem. I submit it and they say the statement doesn’t show purchases with Chanced. WELL DUH! I JUST MADE THE PURCHASES YESTERDAY. The charges from chanced are still pending which means it’s likely it’ll be close to a month before they are on a statement. So that means after a decent little win I am going to have to wait a whole month to redeem it when my bank produces a statement showing the purchases from Chanced.

AND DO NOT SAY THATS JUST THE WAY IT IS. I have gambled with over 20 different sites and never did I have to submit a pdf with purchases on my very first purchase and then have to wait a month for my winnings.
