Extremely disappointing experience

I would strongly recommend doing your research before using this company.

My experience has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to their customer service. I found the service rude and unhelpful, and the process itself unnecessarily difficult.

Having to wait 24 hours before being able to reapply is also incredibly frustrating, especially when you are trying to resolve an issue and simply want an opportunity to move forward.

What really disappointed me was the lack of helpful and respectful customer service. Customers should not feel like they are being treated as an inconvenience when asking for assistance.

After this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m sharing this review simply as a warning to other potential customers: please do your research and consider your options carefully before choosing this company.

For me, this was a lesson learned, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Just going to vent you want want my advice don't waist your time they used to be amazing great staff and they always helped now I think different owner's or something cause they are pathetic never got accepted even when they promised so stay far far away from them

Applied for a loan June 30th, waited past the timeframe for getting the loan, and called customer service. Had to call a few times as they were somehow busy for well over 3 hours. When I FINALLY was able to get ahold of someone, they told me to "wait and see" and call back again in a couple days.

This went on for a few weeks and I NEVER received the funds. I am now being told that I have till 2pm (despite it now being PAST that time) to e-transfer them funds back I never even got in the first place! Just hope they don't take the funds out, otherwise I'm gonna be short on rent.

I found the application easy to fill in. Fast and efficient deposits. No hassles. Support staff was very helpful when I called and asked some questions. Cash Cowboy is there when I needed it

They're super fast when you need cash ASAP, just be ready for those brutal interest rates.

Got the money in my account the same day to fix my car, totally saved me when I was in a pinch.

THEY SENT MY LOAN TO THE WRONG BANK.....I'VE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE ....RIDICULOUS.....AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IN REPONSE IS CHECK YOUR BANK.....WHERE THE FUNDS AREN'T.....I'LL WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW IF THEY EVER RESOLVE THIS/////////PROBLEM RESOLVED 2 DAYS LATER.....SO I UPGRADED THEIR RATING

Hi my name is Kenneth Baker bakerisinlove2019 and I had no problem getting a loan for the longest time and ran into trouble one time and I told them everything honest truthful with them Ani thought they understood and ever since rejected and I even paid back the loan I had missed with them when I called and told them everything and 100%Honest from day 1 and for 2 months I apply get a email telling me to apply my next pay and I will get the loan and here is more Honesty folks don't apply with this company they don't care and lie play games with you and they have lost this guy as a customer they ruined my holidays and and I got my phone stolen and my wallet stolen money stolen I really need some money for medical reasons and rejected again and hope they had wonderful Christmas and New Years because I sure the hell didn't thanks for the assholes and I can't get into any of my emails now and I BEG EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT CASHCOWBOY YOU WILL JUST BE LET DOWN I PROMISE YOU GOODBYE JERKS may y9u enjoy the place you are all going to end up cause I know I am not the only unhappy customer because the old saying goes good guys finish last and I guess honesty gets you hurt😪😢😭😭😭😭😭😭 HAPPY NEW YEAR CASHCOWBOY
