This review is for Lancaster Damside.
I ordered some “Pandora charms” when they arrived they were indeed not authentic Pandora. I sent proof to the store, NO RESPONSE, I then re sent the proof again a few days later “NO RESPONSE” so I went on to return their FAKE items within the 14 days cut off time. They received the items back and didn’t refund straight away so again I had to contact them to ask for my own money back. They refunded, fine! Now as per their own terms if their items are faulty they return the cost of postage also. Well, imagine my surprise when I contact them with the receipt of return and they ignore me, not once, not twice but every single time!! We are heading into the second week and still no refund! I have contacted the so called customer service and all they do is copy in Lancaster with my email. Customer service offer no advice, no help, no resolution, nothing. I have now logged it as an official complaint, which will probably be ignored also, so in effect they have STOLEN money from me! I will however be taking this further because it’s now the principal of the matter. Disgraceful behaviour.

The staff in Banbury is very friendly and helpful. Especially Crag , he is very professional. . . Definitely recommend.

Visited the store in west bromwich last week to sell my pandora bracelet.
Manager and staff are super friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the store.
Staff are so considerate of people's situations and are an all round great bunch

Just purchased a camera from the Reading store via their webshop site. Despite being bought towards the middle of the afternoon, it was with me the following morning, super well packed and just as described. Great communication when I was asking about the camera too, most stores don't even bother to reply. Would (and will!) buy from this store again, fantastic.

I visited Cash Converters East Street Bedminster Bristol today. I received a great experience. Really friendly knowledgeable staff 👍 Excellent service. Fare prices given for my items. A bonus for me is they are dog friendly 😀

We visited Cash Converters in Romford and were served by Toby. We had a variety of things to sell; some electronics and some jewellery. Toby was very patient in the face of a number of different items and showed great expertise in assessing each item and offering great prices while being honest and sympathetic about the items the store was not interested in. In the end we sold a lot of unwanted items and received a very fair price. We were very pleased and satisfied and would certainly recommend the Romford store and will definitely return if we have any items to sell in the future. Many thanks to Toby for the service that he provided.

Having staked my hopes on ebay for some cash return on my beloved musical equipment that has been gathering dust, I gave up and decided that CCRomford would be my solution to my cash flow (PANIC) problems. Giving up my equipment felt very much like giving up a pet for adoption, but Connor's patience led me thru the process and I live to fight another day.
I imagine I will be seeing more of my stuff go thru CCROmford as, once registered, the process is equitable and solves my immediate problem; food, heating etc. Yes you could probably get a better resale value thru ebay.. but maybe, like me, you dont have a couple of weeks to see an auction fail to meet your reserve and have to start the process from scratch.

I bought cash converters Blackpool South Shore a laptop and my transaction cancelled without reason or explanation. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my refund come through. Very disappointed this is the second store done same cancellation maybe this is common practice for them.

The manager at Kentish Town Cash Converters is one nasty person. Everything you go in he immediately wants to low ball your items. The rest of the staff are very good workers, and treat people fairly. The managers people skills are non existent and should not be working in a position he has. He once approached me about buying back an item that was 2 months passed the contract. The sooner he is gone the better. Its a shame I couldn't give zero stars.

Two weeks ago I received an offer for selling a second hand smartphone for 375, the shop was closing and we couldn’t complete the transaction. I was promised for the same offer next working day as they kicked me out during closure. The promise was not kept and they reduced the price to 300 next day. Not reliable and not considerate for your time, not a good business. Also the shop stinks, poor ventilation and poor sense of air hygiene. Avoid at all cost.

Travelled for an hour to get 2 pairs of binoculars from the Walworth Road branch. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go there again.

Purchased an expensive item from your Camden store.

I don't think we could tell that basically saying I think this is crap it was all brand new from my shopping closed down it's coming with the display case and everything absolutely piece of garbage, when I was in there the guy was in there he had to get a loan he put his phone is cholesterol. In the loan is at 48% interest what a rip off do not go to Narre Warren cash converters this is where I went. This is the second time we've been made feel like crap by the same-store some tools in their to sell online we don't buy these ones got the wrong plug. Went in a couple months later they've got loan behold they are selling tools without installation plug what a pack of lies
