Friendly help replacing a missing part
My mother bought a carbon walker from CareCo a couple of years ago and has found that it transformed her mobility. Recently a small but intrinsic part of the walker went missing. Careco were so kind and helpful, finding the right replacement part and offering to send it direct to my mother.

Excellent experience
I was greeted as I entered the shop. I wanted to buy a riser recliner chair. We discussed the options and I found one that suited my needs perfectly. I was given as much time as I needed. Anthony Sterckx and Johnathon Mills who was being trained on his first day made the whole process a pleasure .

CareCo is an Excellent Company to Deal with
Popped into CareCo on Sunday 06/09/26 to look at/order a Tri-Walker. Branka the sales person was welcoming, extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She took her time and explained the difference between the Walkers, let us try it in use inside and outside the shop - needed to see if it would fit into my boot which happily it did. Would highly recommend this Company; Branka is a real asset to this firm.
