Paid for a speedometer. Received the wrong colour, contacted customer support and they were responsive at first and told me they’d send me a replacement. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve had no update or delivery. Poor customer service.

Received a tyre inflator today which unfortunately won't charge or switch on. This is in my opinion a big scam and would like my money to be returned please.
The product is delivering exactly as advertised, I will definitely recommend for those who know how to use it, thanks for saving me some time and money with this product.
The only downside is the delivery time, I placed an order on the 17th of December and got my order delivered on 24th of December due to their system not picking up my address.
The customer service is excellent they replied instantly when I emailed my enquiry and they addressed the issue immediately

Poor product does not work beware of purchasing a full refund is required
I recently bought a car code pro scanner unfortunately it will not connect to my car which is a Mercedes E300D E 2021 in the year I therefore must request a full refund I look forward to an early response kind regards.
