You are better off lighting your money on fire. They will steal your money and stop responding to you.

I made an order on July 27th, they did not acknowledge my order or begin processing it until Aug 6th. After some document verification they informed me my computer would be built and gave me a delivery window from August 10th to the 17th. On the 21st of August I still had no communication so I reached out to them, they informed my GPU would be delayed until September and then my computer would be built. I asked about other GPU options and they offered a down graded GPU and some unknown cost saving. I then enquired about a refund and now they have stopped responding to me completely. It has been a week and multiple emails with no response.

My son just ordered a computer through…

Someone did get back to me today and he is going to refund us and not charge the processing fee. He did admit that the communication could be better so good on him for acknowledging that. I did not expect a response right away from them so I was surprised and glad that they were on it . The refund is in process. Thank you for that

My son just ordered a computer through this company 2 days ago, upon reading the reviews on here and how long it takes and the lack of communication from the company he decides to cancel the order,. My dad has been calling and sent and email with no response. I feel it's unacceptable for a company or any business to lack communication with people or to get their refund or have someone call them back, I think any business needs to have customer support especially when you do pay good money for a tower. It's unfortunate that my son got cold feet with the reviews and did not want to take the chance of having to wait a couple is months. Part of our mistake was not reading all the reviews before purchasing. The only thing isu son money is tied up waiting for the refund or having someone get back to us .

No Computer, No Refund, No Response — Until I Left a Review

I placed an order for a computer at the beginning of May and waited for months without receiving it. I eventually requested to cancel the order and get a refund, which the company agreed to.

However, after that, I waited another week without receiving the refund, and my emails and messages were no longer being answered. I was extremely frustrated and decided to share my experience in a review.

Interestingly, the day after I posted my review, I finally received my refund.

I am glad that I eventually got my money back, but I still find the overall experience very disappointing. Waiting months for an order that was never delivered, followed by difficulties getting a refund and receiving no response from customer service, is not the experience I would expect from a company.

The refund has now been received, so I am updating my review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I would still be very cautious about ordering from this company.

Try somewhere else

I placed an order for a custom gaming PC on May 27; There has been no communication other than one email from their support letting me know my order hasn't been forgotten. That was at the start of July. Two weeks and two emails before they got back to me. I've received no word or info on the delays after trying to get a hold of them for two weeks.

With no sign of delivery anytime soon and no communication, I've had to contact my credit card company to try to get a refund.

I recommend buying from a better company.

I ordered a custom gaming PC on May 13

I ordered a custom gaming PC on May 13. The most frustrating part isn't even the delay—it's the lack of communication. For weeks I've received multiple emails saying they still don't know when my PC will be built or shipped and i had to reach out to them multiple times because if i dident I'm certain that i wouldn't have received anything, the order tracker hasn't changed since day 1 ( Parts Ordered).

I understand that custom builds can take time and that parts availability can change. What I don't understand is taking a customer's money and then being unable to provide any meaningful update nearly two months later.

If communication had been clear and proactive, I would have been much more understanding. Instead, every response has essentially been "we need to contact the build team"."

But based on my experience so far, I can't recommend ordering unless you're prepared for significant delays and very limited communication. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Canada Gaming Computers

Making this review the second time, since my first one got taken down for some reason. Didn't see the email till last week. Anyways, I got my pc about 3 months ago, and its been amazing! Its an absolute beast. I can play anything I want on ultra settings 1440p and its butter smooth.

There was a long wait time though. I waited about a month before getting mine when it was said to get here a week after i bought it. They did tell me there were delays in the process since they are a small team and were backed up. But at the end of the day i got it and it works beautifully.

So yes I would recommend buying a custom pc from CGC. just be prepared to wait for it and do your research on what you want, make sure its actually the right pc for you and your budget. You don't have to buy a 4000 dollar pc like me, ended up being 4800 after everything. But i recommend buying one that will last you a while, which i think means one that is capable of playing most modern games, or just the games you want, and you can upgrade later.

Overall I think its a good choice if you decide to buy one from them. i hope this review helps.

Took my money and ignored me.

It was these reviews that gave me confidence to order from Canada Gaming Computers. I ordered a case for a new build that I was working on. I received my confirmation email, etc., but nothing ever shipped. I've emailed, called and no response from the company. It's been about 4 weeks now and my request to cancel my order and get a refund have been ignored. I've just started a chargeback with my cc company. I'd love another option to Amazon, Canada Computers, Newegg, etc., but this isn't it.

Incredible quality and price

The quality and shipping speed were amazing! The price was excellent thanks to their deals (was cheaper than building myself), and everything was perfect, especially with their long warranty and quick customer service. Highly recommend!

Good PC, Painful Experience

I want to be fair in this review because there are both positives and negatives worth sharing for anyone considering CGC.

The good: The PC itself is well built and I’m genuinely happy with the hardware quality. Adam, the owner, eventually stepped in and showed integrity when things got really bad. He was honest, responsive, and made efforts to resolve issues directly. I also received a slight CPU upgrade (9850X3D instead of the 9800X3D I ordered), which was a nice touch.

The bad: Almost everything else about the experience was frustrating and stressful for a $4400 purchase.

The original shipping estimate was March 6-13. The PC didn’t ship until late March, nearly a month later. The estimated shipping date shifted at least 13 times during that period, sometimes daily, with no proactive communication from the team.

The order tracker showed the wrong CPU, wrong status, and missing add-ons throughout the entire process. When I raised concerns, support told me it was just a display issue and that everything was on track. It wasn’t. The real reason for the delay was that they didn’t have the RAM in stock, despite the product being listed as “in stock” with next week delivery on their website. When I flagged this directly, the listing was quietly updated.

On March 13th, a support agent told me the build had already started. This was impossible since the RAM hadn’t arrived yet. Another agent promised a definitive answer by March 19th and never followed up. I sent multiple unanswered emails before eventually finding the owner’s personal contact information myself just to get a response.

I also learned that their backup RAM inventory had been used to prioritize other orders over mine, despite me having flagged my travel deadline from day one.

When the PC finally shipped, the Resident Evil bundle key that was sent to me had already been used by someone else. That was eventually resolved after follow up.

Most recently I discovered the cooler installed is a Thermalright 240mm, while my invoice clearly states a Thermalright Liquid Cooling 360 V3. I emailed both support and Adam directly with photos and gave them 24 hours to respond. I heard nothing back. I’ll now have to buy the correct cooler myself out of pocket.

Summary: If you’re considering CGC, know that the end product can be good, but the process of getting there was riddled with misinformation, broken promises, unanswered emails, and multiple errors. For a purchase at this price point, that’s not acceptable. The owner Adam is clearly a decent person who cares about his business, but the operational and communication gaps on his team are serious and need significant improvement.

I bought a pc from CGC and the value is strong for the price. Everything is solid, the only issue was delivery. the estimate date was 4-5 days, but it took over a month to arrive. overall, I'm happy with the purchase. if delivery times improve, the experience would be much better.

Misleading Delivery Times and Poor Communication - Very Disappointed

I ordered a gaming PC from Canada Gaming Computers more than 3 weeks ago, and the experience has been extremely frustrating due to misleading information and missed deadlines.

When I placed my order, the product page displayed an estimated ship date in the next 3 days. I was also told processing would take 4-7 business days.
However, we're over 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation.

The company claims they run stress tests and quality checks before shipping, which I appreciate in theory, and could explain some delays.
However, the order status has been stuck at "In Transit to Facility" for the last 2 weeks with no clear explanation

Something is clearly wrong with either their process or their communication about what's actually happening with my order.

Bottom Line:
If you're considering ordering from Canada Gaming Computers, be prepared for delivery times that may be 2-3x longer than advertised. The initial ship dates that convinced me to purchase were completely unrealistic, and I still don't have a reliable answer about when my computer will actually arrive.

Constructive criticism of a somewhat satisfied customer

TL;DR
I got a PC with the wrong parts initially. After about 3 weeks, I got the PC I paid for. It's well-built and it performs as expected. Customer service was OK, but there were a lot of red-ish flags along the way.

Full review:
Here's a summary of my experience with Canada Gaming Computers and a few constructive criticism for its owners and employees.

I ordered a fairly powerful computer at what appeared to be a very good price during rammageddon. I paid with an Interac transfer to save a few dollars, but in hindsight I should not have done that (it's going to be clear why later).

The computer took a fair amount of time to arrive (ordered Dec. 8 and received it on Dec. 23rd). It's not unreasonable, but it is not *fast*.

When I booted the PC for the first time, I realized it didn't have the right components... Instead of a 7800x3d, I received an 8700f and instead of 32go of RAM, there was a single 16 go RAM stick. The CPU cooler was also an air-cooler, when the pictures on the website clearly showed an AIO.

I contacted support and got a quick response. Their initial offer to right the situation felt both sketchy and awfully insufficient, even if I don't think it was ill-intentioned. They told me to go buy the CPU myself, on dec. 24th (!), and that they would reimburse me when they received the parts I received and said nothing about the RAM.

I said the offer was unacceptable and then they offered me to send me 400$ upfront to go buy the right CPU and received 100$ as compensation (or upgrade to a 9800x3rd), buy the correct amount of RAM for up to 500$ (when RAM was already more expensive than that). They would reimburse the total, including installation costs, after they received the parts.

I accepted this deal, still feeling very awkward about the whole thing. I then realized that it would be much simpler if they would simply send me the right parts and I arrange the installation afterwards. This was accepted.

I received the parts on Jan 5 and received the 100$ that was promised a bit before.

So, all in all, I got what I paid for.

BUT... throughout this whole thing, I never felt completely confident that it was going to end well and here's a few reasons why:

- The Canada gaming computers website went down at some point before I got the PC and I was deeply worried I had gotten scammed paying with an Interac transfer. At least with a credit card I could have charged back. It went back on, but still, I got really scared for two days.
- Even if support was generally responding fast, the responses were often clearly generated by AI and it made me highly suspicious.
- The support over phone is done with an AI, but it does not say it's an AI and it's really awkward and sketchy.
- I understand mistakes happen, especially during peak shopping like before christmas, but I can't shake the feeling that someone at Canada Gaming Computers was hoping this mistake would not get caught. I have no proof of that and they did resolve my situation, but I'm sure there are customers who wouldn't know how to check if the computer they ordered was delivered with the right parts and those people would not have caught the mistake.
- Again, I don't think the initial reparation offer was ill-intentioned and they surely wanted to find the fastest solution to allow me to get the PC before Christmas, but telling a customer to go buy parts on Christmas Eve and that they'll get their money back after they receive the part feels *very* sketchy.

I would suggest revising use of AI in customer relations and be more thoughtful when trying to find solutions for this type of issues.

In conclusion, I got the PC I paid for. It's well-built and it performs as expected. Customer service was OK, but there were a lot of red-ish flags along the way.

For everyone's sake, I hope that Canada Gaming Computers respects their commitments for the warranty and after-sales services...

Small business with it's pro and cons

I recently purchased a custom-built PC from Canada Gaming Computers. I am extremely pleased with the final product—it is well-built, works perfectly, and is truly awesome\! The quality of the build is excellent.

The customer service process, however, was a bit slow and required multiple follow-ups, which is perhaps typical of a smaller company experiencing high volume. I had to inquire several times to get a confirmed shipping date, to receive the promised $40 refund (which had been issued manually), and for an update on the ARC game promotion that I am still waiting for.

Despite the back-and-forth and the delays in service, the issues were eventually addressed, and most importantly, the computer itself is fantastic. If you are willing to be patient with the communication process, the high-quality product is definitely worth it in the end.

Not your average PC build company

I received my system in just one week, which was exceptionally fast. I went with a Ryzen 9700X, RTX 5070 Ti, 32 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. The build quality is outstanding. The cable management is immaculate, the system arrived with zero bloatware, and you can immediately tell it was assembled by a true professional.

The performance is fantastic, but what impressed me most is how cool and quiet the system runs. Even during heavy gaming sessions, the noise levels are unbelievably low. Under processor-intensive workloads, the fans do ramp up slightly, but the sound is soft and controlled, never harsh or distracting. It blends into the background without breaking immersion.

Thermals are exceptional as well, with the CPU peaking at only 63 degrees during demanding games. All original accessories from each part were included, which I appreciated.

Overall, this company delivers top-tier attention to detail, superb cable management, and custom fan tuning that results in a whisper-quiet, high-performance system. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend them.

I chose Intel and I loved the result…

I chose Intel and I loved the result out of the box. The PC is very well-built, with very good quality components that are not watered down. I bought from Canada Gaming Computers because they offered me a standard 3-year warranty, and this was a dealbreaker for me.

I see some people claiming about shipping? Well from my experience, the shipping was very quick done through Purolator and all the components, keyboard, mouse, and monitor I got from them came in flawless. It was all perfect.

I imagine they must've improved their fulfillment as they grew the business. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Glad to buy Canadian made!

Persistent shipping problems across multiple orders and shorted shipments with claims of delivery before they even shipped.
Then come the excuses, excuses and more excuses but I'm still missing a 24 inch monitor that's been paid for.
Intermittent emails asking about missing pieces but no results or correction made.

Terrific level of quality and support!

The computer is amazing! It is beautiful, fast, well assembled but what makes it best is the level of support.
Unfourtunately there a shipping issue with my purchase but Max and team replied back the same day I got my system and IMMEDIATELY gave me a solution. The next day the missing item was shipped with express shipping.

They mentioned they were going to revise their internal SOPs to not let this happen again and I'm telling you. This is the level and quality of support you want when you purchase a system.

One big unique selling point from CGC is the 3 year warranty and I couldn't be more happy I bought my dream system from them.

I will definately see you again soon!! Ty Max and team!
