Ordered but wasn’t sure since there weren’t many reviews online. I received the piercing quite quickly, and the materials seem high quality and came packed hygienically. The back didn’t fit, but customer service was super responsive and helped sort it out. Great experience!
WoW. This company is amazing. I wanted to change my earing for gold since it came back on sale. My order was already ship so they send me a second package free with all the earings I bought in silver. I love each one of those. Never saw a company like this. Will buy again for sure. Thank you!
I don’t even know where to start. First of all, this company is very obviously drop shipping. Registered in USA but shipping from China? Yeah right. Secondly, I waited for two months for my order to still be missing a taper (i know you get it for free with a purchase but just don’t offer it if it’s not going to be in the package). Customer service is absolutely useless and you will run in circles with them to get some sort of explanation for what is going on with your order and their website. And it will take days. The only positive is the fact that their earrings are titanium and are super cute. But even then I feel like what you see on the website has more details and is better made than what you get, so this will be a one time purchase from me.

Since your order included a 1.2 mm flat-back stud, we mistakenly arranged a 1.2 mm taper instead of the 1.0 mm taper you needed. This was our error, and we will send the correct taper and provide you with a discount coupon as an apology.
We’d also like to clarify that while our products are manufactured and shipped from China, they are designed and produced by our own team—we are not a dropshipping company. We are registered in the United States and also have team members operating there.

I can normally tell by the end of the day if an earring isn’t going to work for me. I’ve had this one in for a little over a week now and my ear hasn’t gotten red or sore like it usually does. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
The earrings they make are so beautiful! They are threaded so they are more secure! The company was really kind when I messed up my order and they really helped me out. 5⭐️
Did not realize this company sells earrings as singles so ordered 3 what I thought were pairs. Was very disappointed when they arrived and tried to return. Took a while to get a response but they offered to send me three more for free so I have three complete pairs. Really happy that they offered to do that and will probably order from them again now that I know they stand by their products and have good customer service.
