Such a good handling of the support
I got the OG Renegade Raider Pack and got the account immediately. However, there was no OG Renegade Raider on it. Then I wrote to the support and they took care of it right away.

I’ve had the best possible experience and I would like to share it. I’ve received the og renegade Raider and the og skull trooper, as well a lot of other skins. I’m very happy and I can recommend this shop, best thing is that the delivery only took around 2 minutes

Updating my review after the situation was resolved.
The product I received did not match what was originally agreed, and the replacement also did not meet the conditions discussed. Communication went back and forth for a long time without a clear resolution.
I eventually received a refund, but this only happened after I opened a bank dispute. After the refund, the company continued contacting me and repeatedly asked me to change or improve my review, even though no further meaningful solution or compensation was offered.
They also said they were willing to come up with a solution to satisfy me. However, when I explained what would resolve the situation, they said it was not possible. Since nothing further could be done, I chose to end the discussion.
While the refund resolved the payment issue, the overall experience — including the product mismatch, prolonged back-and-forth, and pressure to adjust my review afterward — is why my rating reflects my full experience as a customer.
