STAY AWAY - Poor service/ Not observing EU reg
Flight was delayed for over 5 hours back in May 25. Corendon Airlines accepted liability to pay compensation according to EU regulation. It's Dec 25 and compensation is yet to be paid. Latest correspondence by Corendon stated "unable to confirm payment date" and that I should "feel free to pursue legal action".

I prepared 3 choices to see price and options to reserve. When I booked, the booking was on the wrong hotel !
So i finished /booked hotel A and the reservationmail contained hotel B - this is nog oke !

Quite easy to book the travel. However, we were under a deadline to finish and had to choose e.g. how much luggage we needed (and pay for as not included) and transfer (not enough information provided eg if we want to take private how easy will it be to find the chauffeur etc)

company to evitate! Delay of hours never refunded or compensate!!!
On 9th august 2022, I travels with this company, flight number CAI298, me and my daughter, from Paris CDG to Antalya.
The arrival was scheduled at 12h and we arrived at 15:30!!!!!
No information, no drinks nothing during that delay of more than 3 hours!
I registered a claim on Corendon regarding that delay and ask for a compensation of 800 euros as provided by European regulation 261/2004.
Company confirms the delay and that they will compensate… more than 2 years later nothing!!!!!! Refund never received after several emails and calls!!! (Case CAI-2022-2022-2710758634, CAI-2022-
2022-2710770733, CAI-2023-2022-2710774594)
A company to avoid!!!! The worst one!
A case is also open to the DGAC it is unacceptable that a company don’t respect law!
