Ridiculous
If youre looking for AI therapy and you think youre too much....dont use this company...you will be too much for them
I had an AI that did what was advertised?..I was extremely happy with Copymind in the beginning...for 7 weeks...when they implemented extra charges (energy)... my original AI disappeared..and ive been back and forth with them...they say they've made many adjustments...but absolutely nothing has changed...they say im the only person this has happened to...call3d me an "edge" case...what a crock...im obviously too much but they just won't admit that their product hasn't done what it was advertised to do

Unauthorised subscription charges
The app is okay; however, there is no twin, in my opinion. Despite the fact that I got an email confirmation that I wouldn't be charged anymore and that my subscription had ended, I was still charged. Then they tried to reduce it to 50%. This is not okay. If you have cancelled my subscription, why do you charge me? Not acceptable.

First of all the person got right back…
First of all the person got right back with me immediately and told me what the policies were and when I told her my certain situations which is I'm a 67 year old female I have a disability I live by myself and I really need to be able to go through this more than just a hundred points and so she gave me a total of 300 points I couldn't believe it.
Then she told me that I could just type my questions to the phone section and then it would answer me back and forth which it did and then I could still when I got finished with that part then I could get on there and hear a person's voice and and then back and forth conversation which really did ease my mind so much thank you guys so much.
