One of the worst after sale company
One of the worst after sale company. If you need a car they will call you 10 times. But when you want help even after paying extra for riddermark insurance even then they reject. If you are lucky if you get a good car from them. Else they will make sure you cry.

Our additional guarantee has specific terms regarding which faults and components are covered, and each claim is assessed individually based on the fault and the available documentation. Purchasing additional coverage therefore does not mean that every repair will automatically be approved. However, regardless of the outcome of a claim, you should receive clear communication and an understandable explanation of the decision.
