I purchased two dresses, Unfortunately, the two dresses did not fit properly. One was too tight, and the other was missing a strap, making it impossible to wear.
I contacted customer service, and Kathrina handled my concerns. She apologized for the inconvenience, and responded to my messages quickly. I provided the pictures and other details requested for the return and refund, and the very next day, I received an email with the return process .
I’m very happy with the way Kathrina communicated with me throughout the process. She was professional, helpful, and made everything so easy.
Once I receive my refund, I will definitely order again. This time, I understand that the size chart doesn’t match my usual size, so I now know what size to choose for my next order.
