My order was delivered within 4 days, I purchased 5 pairs of shoes, I only kept 1 pair the others were returned, I arranged a collection free by the Evri courier, I hadn’t received a refund after a week and my account was showing as items still pending return, I called customer service and they answered first time, spoke with a great lady who sorted my return order out swiftly and arranged by refund which I received the following day, I know there are some bad reviews on here but I have to say I had a good experience with Rubbersole/Spartoo
