Horrible
Horrible , I purchased over $400.00 worth of jewelry in December 2025 two rings tarnished...my granddaughter bought a ring that tarnished two weeks it tarnished...customer service stated it was her PH balance ...OMG... three granddaughters and myself visited the Partridge Ridge store.. second time with Bridget... she went on and on about the police were there yesterday and she works three jobs... finally we viewed rings found the one we wanted...salesperson went on and on about the warranty...$8.00 no problem but after explaining it checking once, now checking twice now has to tripple check ...omg if it tarnished because it has no stone its not covered ..maybe covered in 1 year..OMG we got in car called Customer service and was told same thing ...so if it tarnished your screwed.. i have never been talked out of a sale by an employee salesperson so fast. Couldn't wait to leave... Pandora will be out of business soon... im going to Jared...Rose Menefee 954-299-9842
