Ok so I initially was sent the completely wrong pillow, I was disappointed of course. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. They sent the correct pillow, kept me updated with the tracking with consistent emails and were very professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. My disappointment quickly turned into being very impressed by how well it was handled... I also have to add, the mellow cooling pillow is truly amazing. I have neck issues and have spent hundreds of dollars trying out pillow after pillow. This one is a keeper and ill be purchasing a second one, which I have NEVER found a pillow I have ever wanted to buy again.
