Had my phone stolen two weeks ago and had to use my purchase protection. Was my first time ever filing an insurance claim, so I didn’t know what to expect, but this was a very positive experience. I wasn’t sure how long it was going to take or wether my claim would even be approved, but once Qover received all the documents they needed, my claim was approved almost instantly and I got paid the full amount minus the depreciation.
