Great products, abysmal customer service.
I've purchased many items from YoungLA and have consistently recommended their products to others. The quality is excellent, both in and out of the gym.
Unfortunately, when I made a simple mistake and ordered the wrong size, I discovered just how poor their customer service is.
There was no customer service phone support available during UK business hours, and the returns/exchange process was unnecessarily difficult. The only support available was an AI chatbot, which was completely inept.
If you're buying products and everything goes smoothly, I'd happily recommend YoungLA for its quality. However, if you encounter even a minor issue and need assistance, be prepared for a frustrating experience.
The products are excellent, but the customer support falls well below the standard I would expect from a company of this size.
