Made it possible to work and still be reacting to new listing immediately. I felt no anxiety that I would miss a listing because the algorithm was always notifying me on time. I managed to find a new place in 3 weeks.

Overall a really good tool! You do receive notifications immediately and it in 3 weeks I had found a place. That said it can be better if he filters help with distinguishing prices including and excluding GWL because right now it sometimes leads to getting adds for places not really in your criterion.

PS. regarding the prices, most listings in the Netherlands are excluding GWL, unfortunately that is beyond our control.
