Outstanding Customer Support
I am new to this payment process and because I missed some information when setting up the payment was stalling. I called Tongo and was connected to a CSR named Mikki. She figured out the issue, fixed everything, set the system up right, and within seconds I was then paid and the issues handled. Not only did it all go smoothly, she was also kind and enjoyable which is just a rare thing these days. I was thrilled with the level of service and the personal touch put a smile on my face.
