They were very helpful and fast at replying. I got my refund from the first purchase sorted in no time and the new Laptop was delivered two days after ordering in. It was like new. They are very good at what they do, I will return.

STAY AWAY from these guys, they pay you for surveys for the first few times, then they start sending payment links that don't work. Then will not get back to you when you query their actions. They just blank you and keep your money after you spent hours doing their surveys, which they get well paid for. There are very good survey apps out there but Golden Surveys is not one of them. STEER CLEAR and don't waste your valuable time.
