The delivery service was very poor
The delivery service was very poor. The goods were delivered by one driver. Alone he was not able to unload the goods from the truck, i had to help, and then the goods were left on the road, outside the property. When i purchased the goods the supplier guaranteed that they would be delivered to the front door inside the property - not left on the road side....
so delivery could be improved by having two people delivering heavy items, and making sure that they are left within the property.
other than this the service was ok.

Leaving the goods on the roadside when a front-door/inside-the-property delivery was guaranteed is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We completely agree with your observation: heavy and bulky items require the appropriate manpower—such as a two-person delivery team—and strict adherence to the service level purchased.
